Mobile home Luka consists of 3 bedrooms: 1 bedroom with double bed and 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each, bathroom with shower and WC, living room with fully equipped kitchen and sofa set, SAT TV, Air conditioning (heating and cooling) , microwave, coffee maker, free WI-FI, and outdoor barbecue.
Terrace is equipped with a dining table and 6 chairs and a sofa set of rattan with coffee table.
Included in the price are bed linen, towels, final cleaning and parking.
The mobile home is located in the newly built Livada camp, directly situated on the pebble sandy beach "Iza Banja", suitable for families with small children due to the gradual entry into the sea and the shade provided by the surrounding pine trees. There is a park with swings and children's slides, beach volleyball court, football field, cafe bars, restaurants, bakeries, showers and changing cabins. The beach is the bearer of the Blue Flag - symbol of purity, 250 m away from the center of Sv. Filip i Jakov, connected by a newly built promenade along the sea.

Neighborhood
Sveti Filip i Jakov is an attractive tourist destination on the Zadar Riviera, about 3 km north of Biograd na Moru and about 20 km south of Zadar. Funpark Biograd is located at a distance of 7km. Also nearby are National Park Krka, National Park Kornati, Paklenica National Park, and Vranjsko Lake Nature Park.
Across from St. Filip i Jakov is the island of Pašman. In addition, there are several smaller islands in this narrow canal, which have a beautiful view from the land and can be used as a destination for charter boats.
Throughout the village lies the old and authentic Dalmatian riva with taverns as well as all other tourist services - shops, restaurants, cafes, bakeries, ATMs, exchange offices (in travel agencies), pharmacy, post office, boat rental.
